![]() Only ideal situation with the given circumstances. But, if split correctly, it shouldn't matter with 3. So yeah, it can be a burden with more than 3. ![]() Either way, only 4 of us actually completed the battle. Near the end, I saw a lot of them calling for help and such. The 2nd wave proved me right, as the other group had at least 3 people with 54 laff. The first wave of cogs was when I could tell some of them weren't going to make it. The second time, I will say, I got quite lucky. The first time I fought the VP, it was me and one other person who had 54 laff. Though, when you speak of more than 3 54 laff toons, then I can understand your situation. It just makes certain tasks easier to complete and offer something of a challenge, one that, if you're smart about it, won't endanger other toons. Can you imagine running around the streets defeating 50 cogs and 90 lawbots? It's ridiculous! I know, there are buildings, yes, but they're quite boring. That being said, I mainly do it because once you get to the brrrgh, everything starts to get a bit harder and the amount of cogs to defeat increases. Then again, my gags are at least at level 4 with the exception of throw and squirt, which are level 5. I've completed the VP twice with 54 laff. Why do you lower toons insist on running the VP multiple times before actually doing something productive? If we had the option to CHOOSE who is on what side, I'd bring more because my brother and I can carry 3 lower toons through the cogs, but since we can't do that, it's a gamble that people survive, and I don't want to lose a VP because someone was overeager to participate in the VP. It's to the point now where I'm just putting a laff limit on my groups because there are too many low levels and they make it difficult. I'm all for helping people with the VP, but why are these low level toons even here? Why is it more appealing to make it harder for other people than to actually progress in the game and get better? We had to use our some level 7 gags to finish up and keep the others alive. Then, shocker, for round two, it was the same groups. We got lucky, and everyone survived round one. This resulted in us having to power through all the cogs so they only had to fight 4 of them. Lo and behold, the 102, 97, and 99 were together, whereas the lower laff were together. For example, I put together a group earlier today that had a 102, a 97, a 54, a 99, a 65, a 60, a 62, and a 54. My question for you guys, especially the low laffers who INSIST on VPing instead of actually doing something that makes you better, is WHY? They're adamant that "They may be weak, but they know what they're doing." or that "They can take care of themselves." I've had several people straight up tell me, "You can carry me through this, so let's go." The hardest part though, is when these toons aren't cold caller level 1. It's frustrating (as a "higher laff" toon) to constantly have all these low levels responding on the IRC, showing up, and having to tell them, "Sorry, but you're not strong enough." It's seems as if the second people finish Minnies Melodyland, they give up on Oldmans starter task and just decide "I'll VP" and they don't get better because the VP is a terrible place to train. I'm OK with the occasional low laff toon, but there are times when for every toon above 70 laff, there are 4 who are 54 or lower. For example, you can host a Hamachi server like the Toontown Amino meet up did! You may have to learn how to download the game, play single player and play multiplayer. In the past week, I've been VPing by using the IRC to form groups and have gone from Cold Caller 1 to Mover and Shaker 7, and the majority of the time, my brother and I are swarmed by 54 laff toons who are completely insistent on joining us. To play multiplayer, you will need to host a server and set some specific settings. The regular one is harder to download, but they are both great! The Prologue does have some updates (i.e Halloween update), and a prologue!Īs of the field offices, Toontown Offline has Sellbot Field Offices AND Lawbot Field Offices, for those of you who don't know, Lawbot Field Offices are owned by the Legal Eagles and there are 3 floors to this building. There is the regular one, and the Toontown Offline Prologue. There are 2 different versions to this server. You can set specific commands too (i.e having a max toon, unites, SOS cards, etc.). We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. ![]() There are more stuff on this server than on ToonTown Rewritten, such as doodles, parties, and field offices. Downloading Toontown Offline 1.0.0 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. Toontown Offline is a SINGLE PLAYER private server, with the Toontown Rewritten engine. :earth_americas: A B O U T :earth_americas: ![]()
